Seasonal Plate at Between the Bread
My Seasonal Plate included Poached Shrimp lightly seasoned with lemon and plump Scallop with Pesto Sauce. Both tasted extremely fresh and delicious! For my sides, I chose the Eggplant Salad with Blistered Tomatoes & Quinoa with Roasted Eggplant and Sun-dried Tomatoes. These were excellent choices that balanced well with my protein options.
Watermelon & Tomato Salad in a Strawberry Puree and Tomato Bruschetta
I wanted to try additional sides, so got the Watermelon & Tomato Salad in a Strawberry Puree and Tomato Bruschetta as well. The Watermelon & Tomato Salad was the perfect option to beat the summer heat, while the Tomato Bruschetta had an interesting balance of refreshing flavor from the tomato and creamy texture of the mozzarella.
