Lobster with Linguine
Fresh, steamed lobster is the highlight of this pasta dish, which features 2.5 pound lobster with sweet, succulent meat. The lobster is served atop a bed of home-made linguine pasta in Fra Diavolo sauce made of plump fresh tomatoes simmered to a delicate, fiery finish with fresh garlic, parsley, onions, crushed red pepper ,and a hint of fresh-picked basil.
