Located in Brookly, Ferox Ninja Park is the biggest professional ninja training facility on the East Coast for adults and kids.

Boasting a massive space of over 40,000 square feet that includes ninja warrior courses and obstacles, pro calisthenics set up, a modular parkour setup, and a massive trampoline arena, Ferox Ninja Park is the ultimate playground for kids and adults alike to unleash their inner ninja.

I had a chance to visit Ferox for a 2-hour open gym, where I could explore multiple ninja obstacle courses, flip out on gigantic trampolines, make it all the way to the top of the rock climbing wall, and defy gravity in the parkour zone.

In addition to an open-gym where you can explore all the different obstacles, Ferox also offers classes for you to grow your skills. I tried the Ninja 101 Class to develop my balance, agility, hand-eye coordination, strength, and - of course - ninja skills. Some other classes I'd be interested in participating includes Flipping Class, Parkour Class, and Calisthenics Class.

My favorite part of Ferox was the foam pit. My friend and I just got lost in these piles of soft foam, and felt like a kid all over again. I would highly recommend Ferox for a day (or night!) of fun!
