Opened in July 2017, Project Cozy in New York City's Nolita neighborhood serves everything from coffee & tea (the specialty drinks are the Cozy Mint Coffee and Charcoal Latte) to fresh juices and smoothies to pastries by Bibble & Sip, a renowned bakery in Midtown. Project Cozy recently expanded its menu to feature made-to-order sandwiches. Here are some of our favorites!
Matcha Tea

Prepared either iced or hot, the Matcha Tea is as pure as it gets. The flavorful matcha powder is grounded and seeped into warm water to create deep flavor that warms your heart on a chilly day.
Pastries by Bibble & Sip

Project Cozy partners with Bibble & Sip to serve delectable pastries like the Black Sesame Almond Croissant and the Matcha Cream Puff . The croissant has subtle black sesame flavor in between the buttery layers, and flaunts perfectly crispy crust that has been showered with powder sugar and almond flakes. The cream puff packs an exorbitant amount of sweet, smooth matcha cream that balances well with the crusty top.
The O.G. Açai Bowl

The O.G. Açai Bowl is a delicious blend of açai, blueberry, strawberry, banana, and almond milk, and topped with granola, strawberry and banana slices, and chia seeds. Enjoy a firework of flavors and textures - from crunchy to silky - in this healthy bowl that you can enjoy for breakfast, lunch, or snack.
Get Figgy With It Sandwich

Craving something more savory? Project Cozy recently launched a new line of made-to-order sandwiches, like the Get Figgy With It, which features proscuitto, arugula, brie, and fig that are pressed in between baguettes to create perfectly crispy crust. Try other mouthwatering sandwiches like ASAP Turkey (smoked turkey breast, avocado, mozzarella, pesto), Cut It (roast pork, ham, swiss cheese, dill pickles, mustard), Chief Leaf (sliced tomato, arugula, mozzarella, sun-dried tomato pesto), and Pardon My French (ham, swiss cheese, croissant).
