A Gripping Post Apocalyptic Play The Children Makes Its Debut On Broadway

Coming direct from an acclaimed run at the Royal Court Theatre in London, The Children makes its debut in NYC.

The Children, an acclaimed play about the post apocalypse, makes its American debut starring an all-star London cast of Francesca Annis, Ron Cook, and Deborah Findlay. Written by Lucy Kirkwood and directed by James Macdonald, The Children is a story about a husband and wife of retired nuclear engineers who encounters an unexpected visit by a former colleague.
The true reason for her visit begins to unravel just as the audience begins to untangle the complex nature of these characters. The play is melancholic and eerie at the same time, and somewhat reminiscent of looking into the crystal ball of the future.
