Japanese Canape

Served over crispy sushi rice, these delectable Japanese canapes are topped with mouthwatering toppings that range from sea urchin to snow crab to eel to sweet shrimp. My personal favorite was Kani - or snow crab - topped with fish caviar and chives on top of cucumber and avocado.

Fresh Uni & Seared Scallops

Served in a skewer, the soy-marinated, plump scallops are topped with fresh sea urchin. The uni is garnished with slightly spicy jalapeño bits and strips of seaweed, all over minty shisho leaf.

Signature Buns

The soft white buns are served with your choice of protein, including the fried, juicy organic chicken thigh served with tartar sauce and meaty, marinated pork belly served atop honey mustard sauce.

Seafood Ramen Hot Pot

The hearty Seafood Ramen, which includes generous portions of shrimp, oysters, clams, and scallops, are prepared in front of you. The pork and bonito broth is extremely hearty, while the red chili paste adds a bit of kick to the flavor. The ramen noodles are chewy, and the seasonal vegetables of chives and cabbages balance out the dish perfectly.

Roasted White Sesame Seed Ice Cream

The perfect finale to the dinner experience is the roasted white sesame seed ice cream. A giant scoop of vanilla-based ice cream is infused with roasted sesame and covered in sesame seeds. The dessert is served with brown sugar sauce that you pour over the ice cream for additional sweetness, as well as crunchy sesame crackers.
