From red to white to dessert wines, Venetsanos has everything to satisfy your desires. Vinsanto is a naturally sweet wine from white sun-dried grapes PDO Santorini. From the vineyards nearby Akrotiri, overripe white grapes are sundried for a period of 7-15 days and then de-stemmed and pressed. The sweet juice ferments slowly for more than 2 months in stained steel tanks at a controlled temperature. After the end of the fermentation, the naturally sweet wine is moved to oak barrels for maturation for at least 2 years.
