NYY Signature Ribeye

The massive, 27 oz. prime aged long bone
ribeye is the signature dish at NYY. The steak, cooked perfectly as you
wish, is extremely juicy and flavorful. You can ask the chef to engrave
the bone with whatever message you’d like.
