Italian Restaurant Follia Offers Cozy And Authentic Dining Experience

Serving the neighborhood since 2010, Follia in Gramery Park specializes in mouthwatering Italian dishes.

From shareable appetizers like arancini and meatballs to hearty pasta dishes and brick oven baked pizzas, Follia in the heart of Manhattan's Gramery Park neighborhood has been delighting diners since it opened its doors in 2010.

Small Plates

To start, share the Salt and Pepper Ribs and Calamari. Each serving includes three tender and meaty pork ribs simply seasoned with salt and pepper. The exterior is extremely crispy, and as you bite into the ribs, you will savor the juiciness of the meat. The Calamari features a generous portion of crispy fried calamari with hot peppers, served with a side of marinara sauce for dipping.

Pasta

Among an eclectic list of pasta options like Spaghetti Alle Vongole and House-Made Ravioli, I opted for the Orecchiette. Cooked perfectly al dente, the orecchiette pasta is complemented by house-made sweet fennel pork sausage and broccoli rabe, and tossed in pesto with Parmigiano Reggiano.

Entree

While some people may perceive a chicken dish to be 'boring," the Wood Fired Free Range Chicken is an absolute must. The chicken is fired in wood oven to achieve the perfectly crispy skin and juicy meat. You can choose one side - pictured is the Asparagus and Snap Peas.
