Guests can select from one of four broths, including the Sukiyaki (Sweet soy based broth), Shabu Shabu (signature broth made of bonito fish flake, kombu seaweed, and soy), Spicy Tantan (creamy spicy based pork broth made of sesame paste and chili oil), or Soy Milk Miso (creamy miso broth with silky soy milk).
Besides a selection of vegetables like napa cabbage, mushroom, and bok choy to dip in the shabu shabu, guests can select unlimited amount of appetizers and sushi rolls. Some of my favorites were crispy Karaage Fried Chicken, Sweet Potato Tempura, Avocado Salad, Spicy Tuna roll, and Salmon Avocado Roll.
