After a morning adventure of ATV riding, we had a late lunch at the Beach Club. I don't normally eat chips because they are fried, but I was so hungry that I devoured these. They were served with two types of salsa: classic red and tomatillos (green tomatoes).
Tuna Ciabatta: grilled seared tuna, grilled tomatoes, lettuce, chipotle dressing
I really should have asked them to hold off the chipotle dressing because it was so overwhelmingly overpowering...all I could taste was the sauce, basically a blend of mayonnaise and some spicy hot sauce.
Prosciutto Di Parma and Gouda Panini: Imported prosciutto, gouda cheese, lettuce, tomato, avocado and basil dressing. Sweet potato fries on the side.
That is a lot of cheese!
Tropical Salad: Mixed lettuce, kiwi, strawberry, mango, almonds, sesame seeds, panelo cheese, and guava dressing. This is perhaps one of the most colorful salads ever.
