OXTAIL CROQUETAS

Three balls of battered and deep-fried oxtail croquetas are placed on top of chili and mango chutney with creamy saffron aioli and cilantro. The croquetas have the perfect, crispy exterior with tender, buttery oxtail meat inside. The sweet and spicy chutney balances out the overall flavor.
14-HOUR CHAR SUI PORK

Over a bed of puré de batata (mashed potato) are slices of marinated and glazed pork tenderloin with plum and onion escabeche. The lean pork tenderloin pairs well with the buttery, creamy potato and pickled onion & plum.
BEEF & BROCCOLI

In this unique interpretation of a favorite Chinese dish, Beef & Broccoli highlights tender, smoked short rib and Chinese broccoli with a generous serving of lā miàn noodles dressed in garlic hoisin. While the dish could have used a bit less salt, it is guaranteed to satisfy your palate.
PATO FRITO

By far my favorite dish of the evening, Pato Frito features confit duck that has been glazed in sour orange sauce over flavorful fried rice. The dish is topped with sunny side egg, whose glossy yolk you can pop over the rice for an unforgettable bite.
CHOCOLATE ARROZ CON LECHE

Imagine creamy rice pudding encapsulated in chocolate shells. The Chocolate Arroz Con Leche is nothing like what I've tasted before. The dessert is paired with tangy ginger gelato with crunchy cashew sesame crumb, sweet sesame wontons, and passion fruit caramel for an explosion of flavors and textures.
Matcha Tres Leches

A block of matcha pound cake soaked in condensed milk is complemented by crunchy chocolate crumb and mango coulis, and topped with chocolate sesame tuile.
