HALF DOZEN OYSTERS
These freshly shucked, aphrodisiac oysters are topped with caviar and served with cucumber mignonette. Slurp them with no shame -- they are absolutely delicious.
CRISPY HALLOUMI
Mouthwatering, cheesy halloumi is deep fried to perfection, and served on a bed of almond romesco, honey, and Spanish dukkah.
FISH AND CHIPS
One of the best Fish and Chips I have ever tasted. The batter is perfectly crispy and has a slight spice to it. The dish is served with thin fries and a side of yuzu kosho tartar sauce.
BRAISED SHORT RIBS
On the heavier side, the short ribs is extremely tender (maybe a bit too fatty for my liking) and melts in your mouth. It comes with smashed fingerlings and charred broccoli, and herb salad.
GRILLED ASPARAGUS and ROASTED SWEET POTATOES
These sides are almost better than the entrees themselves! The grilled asparagus is topped with crunchy toasted walnut breadcrumb for a nice texture, and seasoned with lemon and chili. The sweet potatoes are served on a bed of creamy labne with spicy salsa macha and cilantro.
STICKY DATE PUDDING and BLUEBERRY PANNA COTTA
Make sure to leave room for dessert! Both the Sticky Date Pudding with whipped cream and caramel drizzle, and Blueberry Panna Cotta are the perfect ending to a delicious meal at Isla and Co.
