MARKET TABLE

The new summer menu items at Fogo are found at the Market Table. The Heirloom Tomato & Mozzarella features ripe red and yellow heirloom tomatoes layered with fresh Buffalo mozzarella, and topped with extra virgin olive oil, cracked black pepper, and basil. Another summer item is the Watermelon Feta Salad - taste the refreshing cubes of watermelon tossed with feta, summer basil, fresh mint, and cracked black pepper. Finally, the Chickpea Salad highlights protein-rich chickpeas mixed with summer basil, fresh parsley, red onion, and red bell pepper, and then dressed with a house-made lemon Dijon vinaigrette.

MEATS

Fogo is known for its fire-roasted meats. The selection ranges from Picanha (prime cut of sirloin seasoned with sea salt and garlic) to Filet Mignon (classic tenderloin cut seasoned in the gaucho tradition) to Cordeiro (fresh leg of lamb seasoned Brazilian style) to Frango(bacon-wrapped chicken breast and tender chicken legs).

SIDES

Your churrascaria experience also includes authentic Bazilian side dishes serced throughout the meal, including Pao de Queijo (warm, gluten free cheese bread), Polenta (crispy fried polenta sticks), caramelized bananas, and garlic mashed potatoes
