Located at LUMA Hotel in Times Square, Ortzi Restaurant concocts dishes inspired by the flavors of the Basque culture. The restaurant is spearheaded by renowned chef Jose Garces who translates his rich cultural traditions and culinary vision into dining experiences.
To celebrate first anniversary of the restaurant, Ortzi is featuring special menu throughout May. Start the meal with Strawberry Basil Sangria made with L'Atzar Cava, strawberry compote, and fresh basil. The Squid Ink Anniversary Paella features jumbo red prawns, spicy chorizo, quail eggs, and crispy calamari drizzled with aioli.
