Sushi Tower is a must for all the sushi lovers out there. It features salmon and tuna sashimi with sushi rice, all topped with avocado. This appetizer is complemented by teriyaki sauce and spicy mayo.

Thinly sliced beef carpaccio is topped with capers, fried mushroom pieces, and a bed of arugula with truffle oil. This is a great appetizer to share.
Lamb Chops
The entree was definitely the highlight of the experience. Three pieces of lamb chops are perfectly prepared to your liking (medium rare in our case), and accompanied by mint pesto. While the dish is normally served with mashed potato and green beans, we requested Japanese eggplants in sweet chili sauce and creamed spinach.
