For the seafood lovers out there, try the Lindens Plateau, which features the best of all raw bar items. The plateau includes 3 pieces of giant shrimp cocktail, half lobster, half dozen east coast oysters, half dozen west coast oysters, and a choice of hamachi ceviche or tuna tataki.

Grilled King Oyster Mushroom

Three skewers of king oyster mushroom is grilled to perfection with rosemary and served on top of savory mushroom vinaigrette.
