Espresso Martini is the cocktail of the month this March at Isla and Co. Crowned as the greatest cocktail in the world, espresso martini will be celebrated all month where you can enjoy a rotation of signature Espresso Martinis. Delight in the classic Original Espresso Martini made with vodka, Mr. Black, house-roasted espresso and demerara, followed by the tempting Olive Temptation made with Starward Australian whiskey, the Scarlett Rose with tequila reposado and the Coco Devine, made with cocoa infused rum.
Some of the standouts from the menu include Kangaroo Tucker (traditional Australian rubbed Kangaroo skewered over herbed tahini, marinated cucumbers, and pickled onions) and Spicy Prawns Vodka Rigaton (pomodoro, heavy cream, Calabrian chilis with prawns)
