Because Mr. Han had to do something at 8pm, we decided to go for a quick dinner at the beach club. Cream of Tomato and Prosciutto: with parmesan croutons and parma ham.
They poured the cream of tomato into the bowl on the table.
Apparently the soup just tasted like thick cream. It all became congealed after a few minutes. Yikes.
Caesear Salad: Romaine lettuce, anchovies dressing, parmesan cheese shavings and croutons with chicken. Can't really go wrong with a salad.
Pastor Style Shrimp: roast chopped pineapples, red onion, and coriander served with jasmine rice. I got this on the first night. The shrimps are so huge!
Catch of the day: Mahi Mahi with garlic sauce, vegetables, and rice.
I sort of wish I had asked for no sauce because the garlic sauce was oil-based and made the whole dish slightly slimey/nauseating. I really liked the jasmine rice because it was seasoned nicely, but again, the oil made it gross and inedible.
