Boasting 3 locations throughout Brooklyn, Fornino makes high quality pizza and other delicious items in its wood-burning oven.

Born in Williamsburg, Brooklyn in 2004, Fornino is a wood-fired pizzeria that has arguably ignited the artisanal pizza craze in New York City. You can find locations in historic Greenpoint, a large seasonal waterfront location in Brooklyn Bridge Park, and its newest pizzeria placed in the heart of Dumbo at Time Out New York.
Burrata

Perfect for sharing, the Burrata appetizer is served with corn, squash, and tomato mixed in pesto sauce. The center of the burrata is extremely creamy. Make sure to get all the sauce with the delicious focaccia bread served on the side.
Eggplant Parmesan

Prepared in Fornino's wood-burning oven, the Eggplant Parmesan is an absolutely mouthwatering dish. Thin layers of eggplants are topped with a generous amount of buffalo mozzarella, ricotta, and parmesan, all doused in marinara sauce.
Siciliana Pizza

The show stopper of the night was the Sicilian pizza. This cheese-less pizza is topped with anchovy, red onion, eggplant, tomato, olive, and oregano. You can get either a personal size or family size. For all small pizza, you have the option of making it gluten-free, and can substitute vegan mozzarella.
