Kobe Tasting

The Kobe Tasting features 3 ounces of three different cuts of Kobe Beef, including Ribeye, Striploin, and Tenderloin. While a bit on the fattier side, the Kobe Beef - which comes from Japan - has sweet and savory flavor balanced with melt-in-your-mouth, buttery fat. The beautiful fat marbling makes the meat dissolve in your mouth.

Strozzapreti

Another standout from the dinner menu is the Strozzapreti. The elongated cavatelli, or hand-rolled pasta, has chewy texture. The pasta is prepared with tender Australian wagyu, rich Bolognese sauce, and English peas.

For the sides to accompany your main dishes, choose from a wide selection of items, including creamed spinach, sauteed mixed mushrooms, baked sweet potatoes with manchego, truffled mash potatoes, creamy polenta, and more.
